DEFINITION :  The Supplemental Qualifiers (SUPP) domain contains additional data related to other SDTM domains. It is used when standard domains do not have specific fields for some collected data, allowing the study team to store supplementary information.

PURPOSE : To add extra information or qualifiers to the core domains. This is important for capturing non-standard data that might be crucial to the study but does not fit into predefined domains.

STRUCTURE : One record per IDVAR, IDVARVAL, and QNAM value per subject
