DEFINITION : The Disposition (DS) domain records subject’s trial status, such as whether they completed the study or dropped out, and the reasons for discontinuation. 

PURPOSE : To document the subject’s status and any changes in their participation in the study, including reasons for withdrawal or early termination.

STRUCTURE : One record per disposition status or protocol milestone per subject
